School is upon is once again, and let’s be honest. In between mounds of projects, I take full advantage of any opportunity for R&R time. I’ve ditched the party hardy invites and instead have been opting for more relaxing nights. You know, the wine, dessert, snuggie/book, snuggie + tea combo.
I have a pile of books at home that are either half read or never touched, yet I have impulsive tendencies to purchase more. I promise I’ll finish them soon.
Here are some that I’ve been eyeing for some time now:
1) Enchantment – Guy Kawasaki 2) Freakonomics – Steven Levitt & Stephen Dubner 3) 1Q84 – Haruki Murakami
4) Little Princes – Conor Grennan 5) The Tipping Point – Malcolm Gladwell (I received this yesterday as an early birthday pres!) 6) Unmarketing – Scott Stratten
I love books that make me think, provide me with some deep insight, and make me reflect upon my own life. Those based on a true story are a bonus. No specific genre.
